Job Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and initiating conversations with potential clients through targeted outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. This role focuses on identifying opportunities in US, UK, Australia, and GCC markets, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via Zoom Phone, Google Voice, Apollo, and email sequences.
- Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to engage decision-makers in US, UK, Australia, European and GCC markets.
- Leverage data-driven targeting to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Qualify leads against GoAccelovate's Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and hand over to the sales team.
- Follow up with inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in Jira CRM boards.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Coordinator to align on messaging and timing for outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (IT/SaaS preferred).
- Experience with Zoom Phone, Google Voice, Apollo.io, and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Familiarity with data-based prospecting and personalization techniques.
